As a Service & Repairs Engineer for Aquatronic Group Management you will provide all aspects of on-site servicing, repairs and installation works covering domestic and commercial contracts throughout the UK. We are looking for multiple engineers to cover the Manchester, Leeds, Blackburn, Sheffield areas.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and adhere to all aspects of Health and Safety, Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Maintaining accurate data using a mobile device (customer, asset & contract information)
- Carrying out site surveys and providing relevant information to the office
- Actively be aware of opportunities to promote AGM Services
- Perform Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems
- Perform fault finding and repairs of pumps and pressurised systems
- Assist with on-site installation of pumps and pressurised systems
- Complete and submit all required paperwork
- Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary changes
- Provide accurate information to the relevant department or Manager
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of pumps and pressurised systems
- Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems
- Fault finding and minor repairs of pumps and pressurised systems
- To be developed: Advanced fault finding and repairs
- Further Health and Safety training required for the role
- Further product training as required
