We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman with a strong background in general building or demolition, including propping experience, to join our team and support the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead site teams while remaining hands-on
- Carry out and oversee general building or demolition works
- Install and manage temporary works, including propping systems
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with regulations
- Coordinate labour, materials, and daily site activities
- Liaise with Site Managers and subcontractors
- Maintain quality standards and site records
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman in general building or demolition
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with propping/temporary works
- Ability to manage teams while contributing to site work
- Good understanding of health & safety on site
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
