We are recruiting on behalf of a trusted contractor looking for a Voids Supervisor to oversee a Fire Door Installation contract across Yorkshire and Humberside. This is a full-time role suited to an experienced supervisor with a strong background in social housing, particularly joinery and fire door projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day supervision of fire door and joinery work across void properties
- Ensuring work is completed to contract standards and timescales
- Managing teams/subcontractors across multiple sites
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring health & safety compliance
- Liaising with clients and reporting on progress
Requirements:
- Proven supervisory experience in social housing maintenance or voids
- Strong knowledge of fire door installation and joinery
- Full UK driving licence (vehicle provided)
- SMSTS/SSSTS & First Aid certifications preferred
