Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are recruiting for an experienced Industrial Electrician for a long-term contract based on a Water Treatment Plant in Basingstoke. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy industrial project with consistent work and competitive rates of pay.
Rate of Pay is £25.00 per hour (All hours worked Monday to Friday).
The Role:
- You will be carrying out heavy industrial electrical installation work on a water treatment plant, including:
- Installation of cable containment systems
- Cable tray, trunking and ladder rack installation
- Cable pulling and glanding
- Electrical equipment installation and termination
- Working from engineering drawings and site plans
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous heavy industrial electrical experience is essential.
- Experience working on water treatment plants, power stations, process plants or similar industrial environments is advantageous.
- JIB Gold Card is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
- Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
- Evidence of relevant industrial experience must be clearly shown on your CV.
