Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting for a Fabrication Engineer on behalf of our client based in St Helens. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fabrication professional looking to join a well-established and growing business.
Immediate start available (subject to interview process).
Salary is £40,000 to £55,000 per annum (depending on experience).
Key Responsibilities- Drawing & Technical Capability
- Confidently read and interpret engineering drawings
- Create fabrication drawings
- Work from client specifications and produce shop-ready drawings
- Understand tolerances, weld symbols, and surface finishes
- Software Skills
- Competent in relevant engineering and drawing software packages
- Hands-on Fabrication Knowledge
