Overview
Are you a data-driven PPC specialist looking to take ownership of a significant six-figure monthly spend? We are one of the UK's leading specialist e-commerce retailers, and we are looking for a Paid Search Manager to lead our performance marketing strategy and drive the next phase of our growth. This is not a generalist marketing role. You will be the dedicated architect of our paid presence, responsible for scaling revenue across Google and Bing while maintaining a rigorous focus on ROAS and CPA.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust PPC roadmap across Search, Shopping (PMax), and Display.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimise a substantial monthly budget to ensure maximum efficiency and revenue growth.
- Data Analysis: Monitor daily performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to the senior leadership team.
- A/B Testing: Lead a rigorous testing programme for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Automation & Tooling: Leverage scripts and third-party management tools to streamline account management and stay ahead of the competition.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep a pulse on the specialist retail market to ensure our offers and visibility remain dominant.
About You
- You are likely currently working in-house for a fast-paced retailer or managing high-spend e-commerce clients within a performance agency.
- E-commerce Expert: You have a proven track record of managing large-scale Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
- Analytical Mindset: You are an expert in Google Analytics (GA4) and Excel, capable of turning raw data into profitable decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: You understand the importance of feed management and conversion tracking.
- Commercial Focus: You don’t just look at clicks; you understand margins, stock turn, and the bottom line.
- Proactive: You don’t wait for instructions; you spot opportunities to improve performance and act on them.
