Salary: 47,817.63 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance)
Shift Pattern
Working days and nights shift pattern, working hours are Days - Monday to Thursday – 7:30am to 4:30pm & Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm, Night shift is Monday to Thursday 9:30pm to 7:30am.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manufacture components from engineering drawings, whilst working within company Quality procedures.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Interpret engineering drawings to customer specifications in order to produce components to the correct standards within the estimated production times.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years post apprenticeship CNC Machining.
- Experience of medium to heavy components, must be competent in setting & programming Mazatrol Milling Machining Centres.
- Experience of operating CNC Horizontal, Vertical Borers, Machining centres or Mill Turns.
- Working knowledge of relevant tooling applications and machine tool capability including tool feed and speeds required to achieve efficient cycle times.
