Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting for a CNC Miller Machinist for a 3-month contract based with our client in Rotherham. Immediate start available (subject to weld test). Rate of pay is £28.00 per hour (depending on experience).

This will be working on a weekly shift rotation of:

  • Week 1: Monday to Thursday - 6am till 4pm
  • Week 2: Monday to Thursday - 8pm till 6am

About the role:

  • Operate and set CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
  • Set up and load materials onto the machine
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area
