We are supporting a leading building services contractor in their search for a skilled BMS Service Engineer to join their team. This is a hands-on role that involves servicing, commissioning, and maintaining building management systems across multiple sites. The role includes travel between client sites and may require occasional out-of-hours work to support critical systems.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Manager and experienced BMS engineers to deliver high-quality service and small works projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Commissioning and troubleshooting small BMS systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently.
- Maintaining and updating point-to-point lists.
- Supporting the development and implementation of software strategies.
- Working with protocols including Modbus, BACnet, and Lon.
- Modifying graphics and system interfaces as required.
- Calibrating sensors, valve actuators, and other control devices.
- Liaising with clients and site managers to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Working on multiple small to medium-sized projects across various sites.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and BMS strategies.
- Extensive experience with Tridium, Trend, Centraline, Distech.
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of control automation equipment, including variable frequency drives.
- Understanding of relevant standards and industry best practices for control systems.
