Dutton Gregory Solicitors is seeking an ambitious and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our growing Chandlers Ford team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our presence in the local market while managing a high-quality residential caseload.
We are ideally looking for someone with around 2–3 years' PQE, but we are flexible – if you have solid residential conveyancing experience and a knack for building relationships or getting involved in business development, we would still love to hear from you. We are also very happy to consider experienced Residential Property Executives who can confidently handle their own caseload.
Job Requirements
- Has strong technical knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing
- Demonstrates the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
- Shows initiative in generating new business and ideally brings a following of work (desirable but not essential)
- Has excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service
- Is proactive, commercially aware, and eager to support the continued growth of a progressive firm
Job Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for running a full residential property caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other associated transactions.
- The successful candidate will confidently manage their own files from instruction through to completion
- Achieve financial targets while maintaining exceptional client care
- Ensure all work complies with regulatory and internal compliance standards
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with referrers and other professional contacts
- Contribute to business development initiatives and support the growth of the Woking office
