Our continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Commercial Property team in our Liverpool office. As part of our ongoing investment in the region, this role offers the chance to take a leading position in developing our Commercial Property presence locally, working collaboratively with our established teams in Woking and Winchester while helping to build something new in the Liverpool area. This is a unique opportunity to become the sole Commercial Property representative in the Liverpool office, giving you real scope to shape and grow the team locally. You will be well supported by experienced colleagues across the wider Commercial Property department, while enjoying the autonomy to develop the role and your practice in the region.

Job Requirements

  • We are ideally seeking a solicitor with at least 4+ years PQE in Commercial Property. However, we would also welcome applications from candidates with fewer than 4 years PQE who can demonstrate strong and relevant pre‑qualification experience in commercial property.
  • Experience across a broad range of commercial property work
  • The confidence and capability to manage your own caseload independently
  • An appetite for business development and growing client relationships
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset
  • Local connections, or a genuine interest in developing a professional network in the Liverpool area

Job Responsibilities

  • You will manage your own caseload independently, with legal support and collaboration from the wider Commercial Property team.
  • The role will involve:
    • Handling a broad range of Commercial Property matters
    • Managing files autonomously from instruction through to completion
    • Building and developing a workload from existing and new client referrals
    • Playing an active role in business development and networking within the Liverpool area
    • Working closely with colleagues across offices to deliver a consistent, high-quality service to clients
