We’re looking for a 2 year PQE Litigation Solicitor to join our growing Property Lettings & Revenue team based in our Chandlers Ford office. This is a great opportunity to become part of a team that is expanding steadily, with new clients and an increasing volume of work coming on board. You’ll play a key role in supporting the team across a varied caseload, while also having the chance to develop your experience and take on greater responsibility as the team continues to grow.
Job Requirements
- A law degree (or equivalent qualification)
- About 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience)
- A solid grounding in litigation (housing experience is beneficial but not essential)
- Experience in debt recovery
- Strong communication skills, including a confident and professional telephone manner
- The ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Some experience of managing or mentoring others (even at a basic level) would be advantageous
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting with possession claims
- Supporting on defendant work where required
- Handling debt recovery matters
- Contributing to the team’s advice line, providing practical and timely guidance to clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- As the team grows, there will also be scope for you to take on supervisory or management responsibilities
