At Dutton Gregory, we are seeking a talented Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with significant experience in private client work to join our thriving Woking office. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in our Wills, Trusts & Estates Planning (WTEP) team.

The Role
As a Private Client Lawyer, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse and complex caseload, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate administration.
- Providing strategic and tailored advice to clients, including high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Assisting with the development of junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Playing an active role in the team’s business development activities, identifying opportunities to grow and enhance the WTEP offering.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 8+ years PQE in private client law, with extensive experience in WTEP matters.
- Demonstrates excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Possesses strong client management skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Is STEP-qualified or working towards STEP qualification (preferred but not essential).
- Has a proven track record of developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and shares our commitment to being Committed, United, and Progressive.
