- Reading and interpreting technical drawings to accurately mark out, cut, drill and prepare sheet and heavy steel components.
- Safely operating MIG/MAG, TIG welding equipment.
- Conducting routine quality checks on finished components while maintaining a safe working environment.

As you gain experience, progression opportunities include team leader role or a transition into specialised fitting/fabrication.
