The Role
We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our Brentwood team. You will play a key role in using a company vehicle, maintaining the highest cleaning standards, supporting team members, and ensuring our clients continue to receive the exceptional service Dusters is known for.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize designated areas within domestic homes
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Dust, polish, and wipe down surfaces
- Clean glass, mirrors, and windows
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Use PPE appropriately and ensure high health & safety standards
Skills & Qualities We are Looking For:
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
- Strong time management and ability to work efficiently
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
- Reliable, professional, and dependable
- Physically fit to handle an active role (standing, lifting, bending)
- Previous cleaning experience is required, and full training will be provided
