Dusted is an independent, award-winning Brand Design Agency. We work with some of the world’s most ambitious, innovative and game‑changing tech‑led businesses. We are looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our creative team, working closely with creatives, strategists, developers and client services to shape and deliver standout brand and digital work for our clients.

The role:

As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in developing high-quality, strategically driven creative work across a diverse range of clients and sectors. You’ll help shape visual identities, digital experiences, campaign creative and wider brand touchpoints, bringing clarity, craft and creative ambition to every stage of the process. This role is ideal for someone with strong brand agency experience, a confident design point of view and the ability to take ownership of creative projects from concept through to delivery. You’ll be expected to contribute ideas, lead design development, support more junior team members and help raise the overall standard of creative output across the studio. We’re looking for someone who can combine big‑picture thinking with meticulous execution – someone who understands how to turn strategy into distinctive design systems, and how to bring brands to life across multiple channels with consistency, originality and impact.

About you:

  • You have a strong eye for design and consistently uphold high standards of quality, craft and consistency.
  • You are confident solving complex brand, digital and creative challenges, and can articulate the thinking behind your ideas clearly.
  • You have experience leading design development across brand identities, websites, campaigns and multi‑channel communications.
  • You are comfortable presenting work internally and to clients, explaining creative decisions with clarity and confidence.
  • You enjoy collaborating with strategists, designers, developers and client services in a studio environment.
  • You can take creative direction, but also bring your own perspective, challenge constructively and help push the work further.
  • You are comfortable taking part in internal crits, offering constructive feedback and supporting a positive creative culture.
  • You stay current with brand, digital and motion design trends, including emerging AI tools and workflows, and actively look for ways to bring new thinking into the studio.

Your qualities:

  • You’re a creative thinker with a highly refined designer’s eye.
  • You’re curious, proactive and ambitious in your approach to design.
  • Your work is considered, distinctive and beautifully crafted.
  • You’re confident working across multiple touchpoints and disciplines.
  • You bring energy, clarity and creative momentum to projects.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively and helping others make the work stronger.
  • You’re excited by what’s possible and motivated by creating work that stands out.
  • You care about both the idea and the detail.

Key skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years’ agency experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work across brand, digital, and campaign projects.
  • Branding expertise: Strong experience creating and applying brand identities across channels, with the ability to turn strategic thinking into distinctive visual systems and compelling design outputs.
  • Digital & motion design: Confident designing for websites, UX principles, component‑based systems and how brands come to life online. A good understanding of designing for motion, including how movement can enhance a brand identity and create more engaging digital and campaign assets.
  • Design tools: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Experience with motion software is beneficial. Working knowledge of the latest AI tools, integrations and creative workflows is also a strong advantage.
  • Creative leadership: Ability to lead design thinking on projects, guide creative development, support junior team members and help maintain high standards across the studio.
  • Creative collaboration: Confident working with creative directors, strategists, developers, project managers and client services to bring projects to life from concept through to delivery.
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.
  • Attention to detail: A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring all design work is accurate, well‑crafted, consistent and delivered to a high standard.
  • Problem‑solving: Strong critical thinking and creative problem‑solving skills, with the ability to develop design solutions that meet user, brand and business needs.

Benefits package:

  • 28 days holiday (Plus bank holidays)
  • 1 extra day holiday for your birthday
  • Hybrid working (Minimum of 2 days in the London studio)
