Job Description We are currently looking for a \’service administrator and receptionist\’ to join our team at Duskview Garage Duties and responsibilities to include; • Reception duties – dealing with customer queries (face to face and over the phone). Transferring calls to relevant people and other businesses within the building etc • Garage sales ledger • Garage purchase ledger and supplier payments • Liaising with garage for job updates and costs • Liaising with garage and suppliers to price customer jobs • Updating customers on repair costs and estimated finish times • Taking customer payments at reception and via phone • Updating social media • General office duties Skills required; • Candidate should have a polite, friendly and approachable manner • Be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative • Be competent in using Sage Line 50 General info; • Negotiable rate of pay depending on skills and experience • Monday – Friday, 0900 – 1700 • 28 days annual leave • Workplace pension • Initial 3 month trial with a view of becoming permanent to the right candidate • Own transport required due to location
