Key Responsibilities- Manage social content across all channels: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments and messages in a timely manner, maintaining brand voice and community standards.
- Work closely with the wider brand team to interpret business priorities, brand proposition, social strategy, and target audience into a monthly content calendar tapping into relevant themes, conversations, and trends.
- Confidently plan, produce, and schedule proactive and reactive content to meet social objectives.
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Use social management tools to effectively manage content and performance.

- Minimum 2 years proven experience in a social media marketing role.
