The Events and Partnerships Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of high-impact events and nurturing partnerships that align with our company goals. This individual will work closely with cross‐functional teams to deliver exceptional event experiences and manage relationships with external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration that drives brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise, coordinate, and execute events and experiential executions, ensuring high‐quality delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth event operations.
- Support the Brand & Content Manager in collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, including content creation, social media campaigns, and email marketing to boost event attendance and engagement.
- Oversee event set up and logistics on the event day, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Analyze the effectiveness of each event, including attendee feedback, ROI, and engagement metrics, and generate detailed post‐event reports for internal stakeholders.
- Research, identify, and approach strategic brand partners for events, sponsorships, collaborations, and business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, maximizing further partnership opportunities.
- Work with partners to co‐create content, cross‐promote, and amplify brand awareness across different channels.
- Monitor the performance of partnerships and provide regular updates to leadership on key results, including new leads, sales, or marketing outcomes driven by the partnership.
Skills and Experience
- At least 1–2 years of experience in event management, partnership management, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and time‐management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective in high‐pressure situations.
