DUSK is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of cross-functional change initiatives across technology, operations and ecommerce. Reporting into the Senior Transformation Manager, this role focuses on project delivery, coordination and execution, ensuring agreed initiatives are planned, tracked and delivered effectively. The aim is to provide structure, pace and visibility across multiple workstreams while enabling functional and technical teams to focus on their specialist areas. The role is hands-on and collaborative, suited to someone comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery & Coordination
    • Support the delivery of projects across technology, operations and ecommerce
    • Develop and maintain project documentation - including SOPs, Process flows, project plans, timelines and milestones
    • Track progress, risks and dependencies, escalating issues where appropriate
  • Stakeholder Coordination
    • Work with multi-functional, technical and operational teams to coordinate inputs and activity
    • Support clear communication across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
    • Help ensure expectations, actions and next steps are understood and followed up
  • Governance & Reporting
    • Support project governance routines, including status updates and reporting
    • Maintain clear documentation covering plans, decisions and outcomes
    • Provide visibility of progress against agreed objectives and timelines
  • Change Support
    • Support testing, rollout and implementation activities in collaboration with delivery teams
    • Assist with coordinating training, communications and readiness activities where required
    • Help ensure change is landed smoothly and consistently across the business
  • Leadership
    • Responsible for a small team of Transformation Executives

Skills & Experience

  • Essential
    • Experience working in a project management or delivery support role
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams
    • Clear, confident communication skills
    • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, evolving environments
  • Desirable
    • Experience delivering technology, systems or operational change projects
    • Familiarity with Ecommerce or retail environments
    • Exposure to transformation or change programmes
    • Experience working alongside technical and functional teams
