- Analyse customer behaviour, conversion funnels, and performance metrics (e.g. ROAS, CAC, LTV).
- Support testing strategies through A/B test analysis and incrementality measurement.
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support wider business decisions.
- Data Summaries & Visualisation: Build and maintain clear, insightful dashboards (primarily in Power BI) to track performance and KPIs.
- Translate complex datasets into digestible insights via dashboards, reports, and presentation decks.
- Deliver regular (daily/weekly/monthly) reporting to stakeholders across the business.
- Continuously improve reporting efficiency and scalability.
- Channel Performance & Value Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of the role and value of each marketing channel.
- Evaluate channel effectiveness, attribution, and contribution to overall business performance.
- Support budget allocation and forecasting through data-backed insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing teams to support campaign optimisation and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with external partners including econometrics agencies, digital attribution agencies, and ATL media buying agencies.
- Ensure alignment between data insights and broader business and marketing objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proven experience in marketing analytics, preferably within an eCommerce or performance marketing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, with experience in building dashboards and data models.
- Experience working with BigQuery, Excel, and Looker Studio.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of how marketing drives business outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
