The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s product offerings, drive revenue, and expand availability within the market. You will work cross-functionally with CS, marketing, and product teams to ensure the success of these partnerships and align with the company’s long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement partnership strategies to secure new, mutually beneficial business opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, fostering long-term engagement and strengthening relationships.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate partnership terms, legal agreements, and ensure compliance with contract stipulations.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyse KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate partnership ROI and report on effectiveness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Tech, CX, Ecom & Product teams to integrate partner activities into wider company goals.
- Market Intelligence: Research the market to identify potential partners and keep updated on industry trends.
- Partner Enablement: Ensure partners have the tools, resources, and training they need to successfully promote and sell the company products on their platforms. Develop & lead onboarding process and strategies to drive engagement and success.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the performance and impact of partnerships, tracking key metrics such as revenue contribution, stock availability, and partner engagement. Provide regular reports to senior leadership with insights and recommendations.
