DUSK Trade is the trade-focused arm of DUSK, built to serve interior designers, property developers, housebuilders, build-to-rent operators, landlords, and hospitality businesses with furniture solutions at scale. We're in the growth phase, and this role will be central to building out our trade client base and pipeline.

  • Manage a personal pipeline from first contact through to closed deal
  • Develop and pitch bespoke furniture packages and trade offers tailored to client needs

  • Negotiate pricing, volume deals, and partnership terms
  • Work closely with the Director to refine trade marketing materials, messaging, and target sector strategy

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders (developers, designers, procurement leads)
  • Comfortable managing a full sales pipeline independently, from lead generation to close
  • Commercially sharp — able to structure and negotiate deals that work for both client and business
  • Ability to identify commercial opportunities and gaps within the existing proposition
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter mentality, comfortable working within a growing, evolving platform
  • Familiarity with CRM/pipeline tools (e.g. Excel-based trackers, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Existing network within property development, BTR, hospitality, or interior design
  • Experience with trade loyalty or incentive schemes (e.g. voucher or rebate programmes)
