About DUSK: Founded in 2016, DUSK has been redefining luxury homeware in the UK, making beautifully designed, high-quality products accessible to everyone. By combining exceptional value, quality, and service, we’ve built a fast-growing brand that puts customers at the heart of everything we do. As we continue our rapid expansion, we’re investing heavily in our operations to support future growth, and our warehousing capability is central to that journey.
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Warehousing to lead and evolve our warehousing operations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring our infrastructure, processes, and people are set up to scale efficiently as the business grows. You will take ownership of both day-to-day performance and long-term strategy, ensuring our warehousing network enables, not limits our ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage operations across our two existing warehouses, while shaping future network expansion (including in-house and 3PL solutions)
- Drive alignment between operational performance and broader business strategy
- Champion a people-first culture, with a strong focus on safety, development, engagement, and succession planning
- Build robust processes, procedures, and policies to create a scalable operational foundation
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service levels
- Work closely with the Head of Supply Chain and Logistics and cross-functional teams to ensure products flow seamlessly and are delivered on time
About You:
- Proven experience in a senior warehousing or logistics leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced e-commerce environment
- Demonstrated success in scaling warehouse operations, including launching new sites
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of warehousing, distribution, and inventory management
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational technology
- Highly organised with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Why Join DUSK?
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of a high-growth brand. You’ll have the autonomy to build, scale, and innovate within a business that values ambition, pace, and continuous improvement.
