  • Translate customer insights and business requirements into clear, user-centred design solutions
  • Collaborate with the Lead Creative Designer and wider Creative team to maintain a strong, unified brand experience across conversion-led design work
  • Also working independently to explore and ideate new design concepts, testing alternative directions where the data suggests an opportunity, then feeding validated ideas back into the brand system
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies where relevant (e. g. UX/creative agencies) to brief and review work
  • Lend design capacity to other channels such as CRM and Marketing, applying the same design system and standards across every touchpoint
  • Manage and track your work through Linear, our team's project management tool
  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design standards in every project
  • Present and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders across Creative, Ecom and CRM

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation-led design practices
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

  • Experience with Linear or similar project/task management tools
