Overview
DUSA exists to support and represent over 15,000 students at the University of Dundee. We are a registered Scottish charity providing support, representation, activities, and services to help students succeed and thrive. We are seeking Additional Trustees to join our Board and play a vital role in ensuring we remain financially sustainable, legally compliant, and student-focused. This is an exciting time to get involved as we develop our next strategic plan.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic oversight and direction
- Ensure good governance, transparency, and integrity
- Oversee financial sustainability and risk management
- Support legal and regulatory compliance
- Bring experience, judgement, and independence to Board discussions
Qualifications
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. You might bring skills in governance, finance, risk management, strategic planning, or organisational leadership. We value:
