Durrington Multi Academy Trust is seeking a Trust Finance Officerto join our friendly and supportive central finance team. This is an excellentopportunity for someone with finance or accounting experience who is looking tobroaden their skills across a wide range of financial activities while making agenuine difference to the lives of children and young people.
Working closely with the Director of Finance and wider finance team, you will support the delivery of high-quality financial services acrossour schools. Your responsibilities will include financial processing, payroll administration, banking, VAT returns, reconciliations, financial reporting andaudit support. You will play an important role in maintaining strong financialcontrols and ensuring our schools receive effective and consistent financialsupport.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are thesame. We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail, strongorganisational skills and the ability to work both independently andcollaboratively. Whether you are already AAT qualified or have equivalentexperience, you will be keen to learn, develop and take on increasingresponsibility within a supportive environment.
The role is advertised as all year round, but a term time onlyarrangement can be discussed.
