This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager to take ownership of a residential portfolio in West London, delivering exceptional property management services while building strong relationships with residents, clients and contractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the properties are managed to the highest professional standards, maintaining compliance, overseeing maintenance and service delivery, and providing an outstanding customer experience across their portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating statutory inspections, compliance checks and essential property works to ensure all legal and regulatory obligations are met.
- Managing reactive repairs, planned maintenance and improvement projects across a residential portfolio.
- Liaising with contractors and monitoring the progress and quality of works carried out.
- Conducting routine property inspections and following up on any identified issues.
