They have built a platform that resolves millions of customer inquiries across chat, email, and voice, in every language, around the clock. You’ll join the Engineering department responsible for deploying mission-critical AI agents directly to enterprise customers. This is end-to-end ownership: you’ll take agents from initial implementation through to continuous iteration in production, working directly with customer stakeholders across industries. You’ll be building agents that need to outperform human support in managing complex, high-stakes interactions at scale.
