We are partnered with a GenAI platform for enterprise customer experience - one of the fastest growing AI companies in the world. They have built a platform that resolves millions of customer inquiries across chat, email, and voice, in every language, around the clock. The culture is in-office, high-velocity, and unambiguously excellent.

You’ll join the Engineering department responsible for deploying mission-critical AI agents directly to enterprise customers. This is end-to-end ownership: you’ll take agents from initial implementation through to continuous iteration in production, working directly with customer stakeholders across industries. You’ll be building agents that need to outperform human support in managing complex, high-stakes interactions at scale.

  • Design and build AI agents that outperform human agents in managing complex customer interactions and driving retention
  • Own your work end-to-end - from architecture decisions through to production deployment and iteration

2+ years of industry software engineering experience

Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript, including asynchronous programming
