What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing engineering team responsible for deploying cutting‑edge conversational AI agents used by millions.
- Work hands‑on across Python, TypeScript and asynchronous systems to design, build and iterate on AI agents that solve complex customer problems.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, research and enterprise customers to translate real‑world pain points into robust AI solutions.
- Help drive engineering strategy, influence platform evolution, and contribute to a world‑class agent development environment.
What you bring:
- 2+ years of engineering management experience and 7+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
- Strong hands‑on ability in Python, TypeScript and asynchronous programming.
- Comfort working across deep technology stacks and diagnosing complex system issues.
- Bonus: experience with multi‑modal AI models.
