I'm working with a high-growth FinTech building next-generation cross-border payments infrastructure.
- Strong transaction volume and growth trajectory to date
- Globally distributed team across multiple continents
- Early-stage scope, market opportunity
Coming in early, you'll take full ownership of the product across mobile and web - with real autonomy to shape a business built for genuine impact.
What you'll be working on:
- Owning the product end-to-end, from problem framing to production
- Driving the roadmap in close collaboration with sales, ops, and leadership
- Working in a tight feedback loop with a strong engineering team
- Spending real time with customers to understand their needs
- Designing for reliability at scale - failure states, not just the happy path
What they're looking for:
- 5+ years in Product Management
- FinTech experience essential (payments, lending, banking)
- Deep payments fluency - settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, regulatory constraints
- Strong design judgment - comfortable producing flows yourself using modern tooling
- Technical credibility - can read an API schema and spot hidden complexity
