We’re hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to own production systems end-to-end, operating distributed and model-driven workloads at scale in a cloud-native environment.

  • Direct impact on live systems: run and scale user-facing services on Kubernetes, optimising for performance, reliability, and cost

  • Complex, distributed systems: implement observability and solve real scaling challenges
  • Drive platform evolution: lead infrastructure-as-code and automation across environments
  • Work on meaningful workloads: operate model-serving and inference systems in production, with the autonomy to improve and evolve the platform

Apply if you:

  • Have strong experience operating large-scale production systems as a Platform / SRE / DevOps Engineer
  • Bring deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes in production
  • Build and operate CI/CD systems, and write Python for automation
  • Understand system reliability, security, and cloud-native best practices, and can work directly with engineering teams to deploy and run services in production

Nice to have

  • Experience running model-serving / inference systems in production or supporting GPU workloads
  • Comfortable using tools like Claude or Cursor to improve workflows

  • $140K–170K base + bonus (depending on experience)

This position is based in the UAE and requires relocation and full-time onsite work.
