Durlston Partners is working with an exciting AI Tech firm that is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to lead onboarding and rollout of their AI platform for FTSE 100 clients. You’ll ensure smooth implementation, early adoption, and clear value delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding.
- Run discovery and define deployment plans.
- Build relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear internal requirements.
- Deliver training and enablement sessions.
- Identify risks and resolve deployment blockers.
- Relay client insights to product and GTM teams.
Experience
- Direct experience onboarding or deploying solutions into FTSE 100 or similar enterprises.
- Background in GTM, Sales, Customer Success, or Implementation.
- Strong project and stakeholder management.
