The Role
They are seeking a proactive Junior Python Data Developer/Engineer to join their agile 4-person tech team.

- £55,000 - £60,000 + 10-15% annual bonus
- Hybrid working (2 days in office)

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 1+ years of Python development experience (Pandas focus)
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in small team environments
- Proactive approach and ability to hit the ground running
Bonus Points:
- Knowledge of ESG data
- Financial services experience
