Durlston Partners is working with an elite-level Hedge Fund that is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team.

Experience level: 4+ years

Responsibilities

• Front Line: Direct support for Traders, Quants, and C‑Suite (White‑Glove Service)
• Automation: Use PowerShell/Python to kill repetitive tasks
• Speed: Resolve critical trade‑floor issues in real‑time

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Desktop Support (Hedge Fund/Quant Trading background preferred)
• Deep knowledge of Windows OS internals and hardware troubleshooting
• A \”fix it once, fix it right\” mentality
