We're looking for a strong C++ Engineer to join a global HFT's new UAE office, working closely with Quant Researchers and Traders to build new ultra-low latency trading systems.
They give ownership of greenfield builds, from idea to production, then working on performance-tuning. The team is very high calibre with deep HFT experience.
Responsibilities- Develop quality software and web applications
- Analyze and maintain existing software applications
- Design highly scalable, testable code
- Discover and fix programming bugs
- Strong C++ Systems Development experience in Linux
- Proven builder of high performance systems
- Experience with latency sensitive and low-level systems/networking
- Understanding of hardware stacks
- Experience with performance tuning and Linux kernels
- Assembly code experience is a plus
