Software Engineering, Systematic Trading & Research London, UK Hedge Fund – London – Up to £200k A leading Hedge Fund is looking for an experienced Frontend Engineers to join their Front Office technology team in London.

This is a high-impact role, working directly with Portfolio Managers, Quants, and Traders to design and deliver cutting‐edge front‐end systems that power real‐time investment decisions.

You'll be building intuitive, high‐performance UIs in React / Type Script, with a strong focus on data‐rich visualisations that bring complex trading strategies and risk models to life.

This role offers true ownership of front‐end design and delivery, with the opportunity to influence both technology and business decisions at the core of the fund's operations.

What you'll do: Work closely with Portfolio Managers and Quants to translate trading needs into elegant, performant UIs.

Design, build, and maintain React / Type Script applications with real‐time data visualisation.

Own front‐end architecture, ensuring scalability and high performance in latency‐sensitive environments.

Collaborate across front office technology, shaping the tools that reduce friction and provide instant insights into strategy, risk, and performance.

What we're looking for: 5+ years' professional UI / Frontend development experience.

Hands‐on experience with data visualisation libraries (e. g.

D3. js, Highcharts, Plotly, etc.).

Strong Computer Science fundamentals (Algorithms, Data Structures, System Design).

Essential: prior experience in a trading, hedge fund, or front office environment.

Collaborate directly with investment professionals at one of the world's most successful hedge funds.
