John Snow College is seeking to appoint a part-time Student Support Administrator on a temporary contract (maternity cover). The role is based in the College Office and will follow a standard working schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

The post holder will be involved in a wide range of activities that support the College and University strategy—particularly in relation to the efficient administration of the College—with a significant focus on student support services. They will be a key part of a professional and effective administrative support team serving the College Management Team.

As the initial administrative point of contact for the College, the post holder will assist with the day-to-day operations of the College Office. They will primarily support the College Administration Coordinator in collating student information, including matters such as concessions and withdrawals. Additionally, the role will involve a variety of administrative tasks, such as managing the College inbox, organising events, and undertaking any other duties reasonably assigned by the College Administration Coordinator or the College Management Team.
