Durham University seeks a talented Student Support Officer to join the Faculty of Science in an interim capacity (12 months). The role delivers support to students across departments, working with Learning and Teaching teams to proactively monitor progress and ensure timely, consistent advice for a successful learning journey.

The post holder will provide guidance on university policies, wellbeing processes and escalation routes, with a clear career progression path within our student support.
