Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient service to all customers.
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages along with simple bar food according to standardised recipes.
- Payment: Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments, and operate point‑of‑sale systems efficiently.
- Health, Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain documented Health & Safety protocols, food safety regulations (including mandatory food allergen requirements) and uphold cleanliness standards for the bar area and associated equipment.
- Stock Replenishment: Monitor and replenish bar stock, ensuring adequate supplies are available during operating hours.
- Compliance: Adhere to all requirements relating to the sale/supply of alcohol, the licensing act, the premises’ license, and bar handbook.
- Training: Complete all bar related training and required learning.
- Other: Complete other reasonable requests from the Vice Principal, Food & Beverage Service Head or the College Bar & Retail Committee.
