Responsibilities
- Deliver coaching sessions to student athletes / teams to improve their performance
- Evaluate performance and provide suitable feedback
- Assess strengths and weaknesses in the student athlete’s/team’s performance and identifying areas for further development
- Liaise with the relevant hiring manager to co‑ordinate support service provision for individual athletes, clubs and teams
- Ensure that student athletes train and perform in line with health and safety regulations at all times
- Where required, play for the Durham team in sport of expertise, as directed by the relevant head coach
