Department of Computer Science
Grade 6: £17.16 per hour plus 12.07% holiday pay
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and deliver EAP classes using the materials provided
- Engage with the course content and all reading texts set to students
- Give timely, effective individual feedback on students' assignments
- Work closely with colleagues to assess student work
- Attend weekly teachers’ meetings
- Maintain accurate records of work and assessment
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of the demands and conventions of study in higher education and how these may differ across the disciplines
- Engage in peer and evaluative observations
- Work effectively with Microsoft Office, Durham’s VLE and other learning technologies as required
