We are seeking an outstanding Part-Time Head of Geography to lead and develop our Geography department. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate educator to provide strategic leadership, shape a forward-thinking curriculum, and support the highest standards of teaching and learning across the whole school.
Geography is a vital subject in today's rapidly changing world. Through the study of both human and physical environments, students develop a deeper understanding of global challenges such as climate change, sustainability, migration, urbanisation and resource management.
Geography equips young people with the analytical, decision‑making and fieldwork skills needed to interpret an increasingly complex world, while also fostering curiosity, empathy and an awareness of their role as global citizens.

Salary: DH1-9 Salary Scale (£31,706.17 - £45,388.40 FTE) plus Responsibility allowance R4 (£1,442) and a 3‑lesson remission from the teaching timetable.
