The Durham Dales Health Federation is seeking a registered Nursing Associate to join the Teesdale PCN multidisciplinary team across Barnard Castle Surgery and partner practices. You will work under supervision to deliver safe, person-centred care aligned with the NMC Code.
You will perform clinical procedures you are trained for, collaborate with GPs, ANPs, district nurses and other services, and support patients with holistic needs.
