The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
We are looking for an experienced and flexible individual who has good analytical and decision making skills to join our compliance team within Health and Safety.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
You will be required to ensure all Legionella safety compliance works/orders are planned and coordinated with documentation/certification updated regularly on B&FM’s database systems. This includes checking the works completed, the service reports, technical data and maintaining the systems necessary to monitor, record and report on the activities undertaken by in-house and Legionella safety building compliance providers.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
You will need:-
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant building services subject
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Understanding of construction services and/ or repairs and maintenance services
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Experience of Legionella control practices and procedures.

HYBRID WORKING
Durham County Council currently operates a hybrid working policy where a model of 2 days in the workplace and 3 days at home/remote will apply. This model is pro-rated for part time roles and arrangements are at managers discretion, alternatively you can work all of your contracted hours within the workplace if you prefer.
