Durham Constabulary Headquarters is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Clinical Lead to drive a proactive service that supports the health, safety and wellbeing of our workforce. This is a full-time, permanent role requiring strategic leadership, strong HR partnerships and governance.
You will develop health strategy, policy and SLAs, oversee budgets and KPIs, deliver health surveillance and promotion programmes, and provide expert guidance on complex cases to reduce sickness absence.
