Job Description
We are currently looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team at Police Headquarters, Aykley Heads, Durham.Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, Monday to FridayAs an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for providing professional technical solutions and support for Information Technology Systems, adhering to our Department's Service Level Agreements and Service Catalogue. You will carry out maintenance, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of the IT server environment, including physical/virtual servers (VMWare) and associated Storage Area Networks. Your role will also involve providing 2nd and 3rd line technical support to the Service Desk, ensuring that IT incidents are resolved within SLA and updating the Help Desk system accordingly.
