Role Description

We are looking for a mid-level developer to join the team at Durell. You will be a full-stack developer working across multiple projects, with a particular focus on third-party integrations. These projects will include our new version of our Policy Administration System (CRM, insurance policy management, accounting) and the Underwriting Platform.

Your principal role will be helping us integrate with third party services - including payment gateways, enrichment services, etc. working to extend the functionality with new integrations and the maintenance of existing integrations under the leadership of our Tech Director. The PAS project is well underway, led by a full-time Product Manager, with the new version coming to market in 2026. Our Underwriting Platform is well established and market leading. It is a feature-rich offering for high profile brokers, MGAs and global insurers. This is a high profile, disruptive technology within a massive, fast growing industry.
