We’re adding an Operations Co‑ordinator to our Internal Sales and Operations Team! This role will involve handling and processing new customer orders, creating and issuing manufacturing works orders, tracking parts orders through the production and assembly stages through to delivery, track and complete works orders, and drive towards achieving KPIs on revenue recognition and on-time deliveries. This is an office‑based role, and you may be required to take on other tasks as the business requires.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle and process new customer sales orders
- Create and issue corresponding manufacturing works orders
- Track critical parts orders through the business to delivery
- Support achieving KPIs on revenue realisation and on-time deliveries
- Track and close works orders to be delivered and invoiced
- Help manage the intercompany extended warehouse program
- Handle parts enquiries from customers
- Other tasks may be assigned as the business needs

Requirements
- Experience with an ERP system desirable (FMH use Sage X3)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Full driving licence
