We are currently recruiting for an experienced R&M Dig Team consisting of a Ganger and Labourer to carry out repair and maintenance works within the water industry.
This is a night-shift position, with works carried out through the night. Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Both the Ganger and Labourer must have previous water industry experience and be confident working as part of a two-person team carrying out excavation, repair, replacement and reinstatement works.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with excavation activities, including digging, backfilling and trench support.
- Carry out reinstatement works to the required standards, including footpaths, roads and verges.

- Help locate and safely expose underground services.
- Work alongside supervisors, engineers and other teams to complete jobs efficiently.

- Complete works safely, efficiently and to the required standard during night-time operations.
